How do i make order?

Choose your perferabble shape, then make your payment with the shipping cost. After payment have been made, notify us by SMS or email your payment details or fill in the form for your payment verification. Fill in the provided form(Item Code, Attach picture to engrave, and text to engrav e). We will engrave and shipped to you on the next day.

Is there any specific picture size for me to send to be engraved?

There is no specific picture. But TechArtx recommended for you to send us "Potrait" picture to get the best quality

What does it cost for engraving?

Item + Picture + Text : Add RM5

How long does it take to engrave and ship my order?

The normal processing time for orders is 3 business days (business days are Monday through Friday). So, if your order is received on a Monday, for example, it will be engraved and shipped by Thursday. If the order is recieved on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped by Monday of the following week.

How long from the time my order ships until it arrives at my door?
